What is Case Management Portal?

It's a place where SmartBear customers track and manage all their support cases.

How do I register?

Create a new support case using our Web Form for a respective product. If you're a present SmartBear customer, the system will send you a Case Management Portal registration link in the automatic email confirming the case creation.
